Isa, I think they look great on you little lady!! I am so happy to see your smiling face,I've missed you the past couple of days. I must say I see a lot of your Daddy in you in these pics!!
Love the pants! THat's the same fabric I picked, right? Are you using a pattern? I attempted to make her a pair of pants today and they didn't turn out so hot...I didn't use a pattern though.
i was trying them on isa so that i could get an idea of the length on her. i need to make her another pair in that size. i used to have a pattern somewhere (simplicity maybe?) but can't seem to find it at the moment. without seeing them cut out first, i'd think they'd be a little hard to eye ball. if i find mine i'll try to make a copy for you.
hey, we should talk slings! i hope to have this one in the mail by saturday, assuming that stitch witchery arrives soon. :-)
Sorry! I didn't get any mail! Could you resend it? I haven't been spending much time at the computer lately. I've been doing lots of sewing (and making my own pants and shirts and dresses, etc.) and am limiting my computer time.
I am going to the diaper store today and that's where the majority of my slings are. You are a small, right? I will take some pics of the smalls I have there and e-mail them to you. if you don't like any of those, I will get some other fabric options to you and make one up as soon as the fabric gets here.
Isa was born on Tuesday August 22, 2006. Her name is Isabel, which is pronounced E-SA-BEL, as in Spanish (not Iz-a-bel). She is a spunky little spitfire with green-hazel eyes and brown hair... but a red-headed temper!
The newest blog member is Sylvia Harper (aka: Sylvi). She was born on November, 28th 2008, weighing 6lbs 15oz and 19 inches long. So far she's a mellow little soul who likes to smile in her sleep!
